| I'm the considerably less cute one wearing glasses. |
All four of our children are homeschooled and the method we've chosen is unschooling. Though technically the youngest is not officially school-aged, so I guess he's not unschooling yet. We try to bring the philosophy of unschooling into all aspects of our childrens' lives, not just the academic part of it, which makes us radical unschoolers. You can read more about how our family approaches unschooling in the unschooling tab above (which I totally haven't started yet, haha! stay tuned to see if I ever get around to it).
I love to read and I have some sort of relationship with writing that I can't quite figure out. I'm trying to work it into my life more. Ultimately I would like to earn a living from writing, but I'm still exploring that. Exploring means doing and I have trouble finding the time and the motivation. You can see what I've been reading in the above Reading Log tab.
Beyond writing, I am seeking other ways to squeeze some creativity into my life, in between the diaper changes and the peanut butter sandwiches. I like knitting and crocheting sometimes, sewing, embroidery, drawing, photography, and anything else that may catch my fancy.
Finally, I'm a poor housekeeper and my fingers are double-jointed. Now you know me.
But who are you?
