Summer List + Thrift Store Finds

Here is our Summer list of stuff to do.


And here are two toys I found at the thrift store the other day. The first is a metal dump truck. I did some internet research and found out it was made in England (actually for that I just looked at the bottom of the truck) in 1972. I might be able to sell it for 30 pounds! Except that I don't want to. And it's not exactly in mint condition and doesn't have a box.

I also got Irina a Cabbage Patch doll because it looked like it was in really good condition and it was only $3 and she loves dolls. I assumed it was one of the newer ones, but when we got it home I saw that it was from 1985.


I love old toys. I also almost bought a Fisher-Price squeaky dog pull-toy that I remember having as a kid, but it was just too beat up.
