Fingerless Gloves

I made these fingerless gloves for Saren for Christmas. They're just a tube with thumb-holes, but I'm pretty impressed with myself for those thumb-holes, thank you very much. Later I saw something online about "invisible thumb gussets." Gussets! Okay, if you say so. Also, that would have come in handy because my thumb gussets are totally visible. Oh well! Next time.

I made them for her so that she can use her fingers for killing monsters and such on World of Warcraft and still have warm hands. I was worried that she didn't like them, but I asked her the other day and she said, "I LOVE them. They're the best thing ever." Score one for the mama!

I had a beloved pair of fingerless gloves in high school that had a flap to cover the fingers & change into mittens. I just thought they looked cool.

I have also been know to cut random fingers off gloves to make gloves like Gambit from the X-Men. :D
